Ground up some fresh local chicken breast with my KA attachment for this tonight. Inspired by Caribeque:

Only thing I did different really was that I added in some diced jalapeños. Crazy freaking good.

@Nuke1855 , your seasonings are by far the best I've bought from anyone. (I am in no way affiliated with the Caribeque company btw.... LOL!) @Mattman3969 , I didn't actually use carrots or celery, but I did add jalapeños and green onions. Not sure on the amount. I am an "ehhh, that looks about right" kinda cook.
