made a custom rub for this butt, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup paprika, 4T salt, 2t onion powder, 2t garlic power, 2t celery seed. This butt took 19 hours to hit 203. Will let you guys know once I pull it out of the cooler Comments
