What are you cooking for the 4th of July?

I'm throwing a birthday bbq. I'm expecting about 40-50 family/friends. So far my plans are: 8-10 pounds of wings, two 15 pound briskets, and then hotdogs, corn on the cob, potatoes, asparagus, and plenty of beer and bourbon. And dessert. I'm still planning and shopping, but looking forward to a lot of fun.

Was not aware of fireworks law changes. I used to live over there....but lay my head down in the home state of SC now. Guess all those fireworks stores on the state boarders will be boarding up soon. Be safe.Lit said:Doing pizzas at the pool but I realized that's not very American. Pretty sure I am gonna do cheeseburger pizzas to bring it back home. The good fireworks will be legal in GA July 1st so it's gonna be good.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
