Friday night Seafood and Chicken and stuff

So I was going to cook this Copper River Sockeye Salmon last night, be was flooded out. So I expanded the menu and invited some friends.
Potatoes in a pouch, chicken drumsticks with DP RR, zucchini boats, and the salmon with Dizzy Pig Raging River on the XL. I put things on in order of cooking, so potatoes went on first, then chicken, etc.

And I had more, so I enlisted the Hasty Bake. Corn on the Cob and some little neck clams. The clams were in a pan with butter and an assortment of herbs from my cracked XL herb garden. Oh, and a vidalia onion stuffed with the veggie, mushroom mix my wife made for the zucchini boats.

And the results:

And all plated up on the finest plates we have
The salmon was so much better than the farm raised Atlantic stuff I usually get. I ate some of it as sashimi before cooking.

Wait. I posted something on similar floral paper plates a while back and got laughed at! I am insulted!
Yours does look mighty good though.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Very nice. I don't think I could master so many foods at once. Impressive.
Wild caught fish is the only way to go. You should do a web search on the hazards of farm raised salmon. Not as good for you and not good for the ecosystem.Steven

Super. Well done. Whenever I try to coordinate so many items for a menu, taking good pics is always the last thing I think of. You seem to have everything under control.

Man, oh man! What a great looking meal!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
