The BGE and chicken wings are a match made in Heaven!

My third chicken wing cook on the BGE. Dusted with Dizzy dust and cooked raised indirect over peach wood smoke for 40 minutes. Pulled the wings and plate setter, back on at 450 raised direct - flipping occasionally to get a good crisp and grill marks. Sauced when they came off.

They rocked.........my best wings to date.  =)
