Brisket • Pulled Pork • Mac & Cheese • Coleslaw = Sandwich

This my friends is known as the Pile sandwich that our local bbq joint Mr. Pig Stuff serves. We decided to make our own version since we smoked brisket and pulled pork last weekend. Like the title says it's brisket, pulled pork, mac & cheese, coleslaw, and topped with bbq sauce between a bun. This would be part of my last meal if I had to pick my final meal. Oh wait, I had this at our wedding meal. Does that count? 
So it's a special sandwich for my wife and I. I can't take too much credit other than smoking the brisket and pulled pork last weekend. My wife put these together with leftovers. She made some homemade mac & cheese and threw some coleslaw together. I was eating good last night!

@sheetmetalpete I hear you about patronizing them. Cool to see them go from an old run down Dairy Queen building that the only available seating was the picnic table outside to a brick building across town. We had them cater our wedding. I give you "the kitchen sink"! If anyone is near the Nicholasville, KY area, you have to try Lyles Family BBQ. It's owned by my old boss while I was recruiting in Lexington. These people know good BBQ.
