Jeez - all this did was remind me how much of your menu I wasn't able to sample. But hey, 2 for 6 is not terrible. And the 2 that I did try were banging!Ajax, ON Canada(XL BGE, MED BGE, La Caja China #2, and the wife's Napoleon gasser)

Great pics Phil! Wish I had been able to try some of your stuffed pork tenderloin... it looks delicious.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

After Eggfest, we went to Earl's patio for dinner and then hit the historic Library Bar.
Sunday, Robert from Dickson's toured me all over the City. We toured his store, hit Tim Horton's and had lunch at Butcher's Son.
The Northern hospitality that I received was second to none. Thanks for having me. -

Wow man it looks like you killed it. Really cool menu. Those wings look insanely crispy.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

@pantsypants , question. I know cooks supply food, what kind of $$ does the average cook spend on it. I kinda sorta was thinking about cooking next year at our eggfest here in SoCal.I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.
