Moonlite in Owensboro, KY is very good !! Also Sweet Peas BBQ and Soul House in TN is awesome. And of course my all time favorite...(besides my own) is Sticky Fingers !!!

Would put the hush puppies at Lexington BBQ against any of the others....handmade and golden brown...light as a feather....just don't get no better.

I would like to try some of the other BBQ around the country and this a good list to start with. The funny thing is there are 3 joints here KC and I have been to all of them, but we are not in the south so it is kind of strange they are on this list. Out of Gates, Joe's and Jack Stack I would pick Joe's, but I am dyeing to try Q39 BBQ that opened up a few months ago that is the new thing in town.
