Mrs3969 had a dinner outing tonight which left me on my own. No problem!!! I had a chicken breast in the fridge that needed to be cooked.
Got some shallots, garlic and a little ginger sautéing to be the base for the quinoa While that was getting happy I chopped up the chicken and dusted with corn starch ,green onions and garlic & got the small breathing some fire
The line-up for the stir fry, 4 green onions(whites and greens separate),minced garlic, chicken and the sauce

Here we go. Whites of the onions and garlic went for a quick stir fry then added the chicken and pepper flakes

Once the the chicken was close to done I added the sauce and let it boil up and thicken a little

Then then added the greens from the onions for a quick warming

And plated on-top of op of the hopped up quinoa

I was really happy with the way this quickly came together. The mix of sriracha & honey was spot on for a good heat level.

Looks great Matt! Love Sriracha and honey together.
Also, sometimes add a little bourbon for smokey taste, but not on an Asian type dish. Something with bacon though, money. -
Looks like a winner to me brother. Awesome job.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out. -
That looks great. You eat well when alone. I really need a wok. How did you make the sauce? Was it just honey and sriracha? Is it 50/50?
