Direct or indirect? What temp to cook at and what temp to pull at? Rub or season or not? If yes... What kind? Raised grid or what kind of set-up? I've seen this here before but I think I'm having a blonde moment. Thanks in advance. Mik

250 degrees indirect over a drip pan. Raised grid an option. Most any rub you like will do. Cherry, apple, or hickory wood go well......
