Spice Recommendation for King Salmon
Hi all,
I have my mom coming over for dinner and I'm doing a king salmon filet on my new mini max. I've not done much fish so I'm not sure what spices to add. A simple salt and pepper? Something else?

Go with cedar plank a little evoo and salt pepper and small dash of dp cow lick I usually use raging river but on occasion with great king you will be fineLarge egg panhandle of florida

I just rub with a little EVOO and sprinkle with the MontrealGWN

Salmon came out great. Thanks all!I did 1.25 lb salmon with EVOO, s&p and a little montreal seasoning done at 400°/ 135° IT. I also did some bacon wrapped green beans.
