Greetings!
I received my LBGE from my law partner as a wedding gift back in December and have keeping it fired up ever since. I have been following this forum for the last several months and have benefitted greatly from all the great advice that is shared in this forum. My most successful cooks thus far would have to be the beef tenderloin I made for Easter and/or the rack of lamb I attempted over Christmas. (pics attached).

Thanks again for allowing me to join.

Did you do the APL recipe from Serious BBQ? I have a Snake River Farms tenderloin in the freezer just waiting for an occasion.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
