Steaks and Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Cooked up some ribeyes tonight. Seasoned mine with Montreal Steak and hers with webber coffee rub. Went for a second try at mashed potatoes on the grill. Added cheddar, fresh cooked/chopped bacon, butter, and sour cream. Cooked indirect at 500 til the cheese browned a little. They turned out great. Will definitely do these again.

Love the potatoes. Next time put them on top of a casserole full of sausage, onions, and mixed vegetables.
