My best wok cook yet

Been trying to get better using the wok. Went with teriyaki chicken, fried rice and veggies consisting of zucchini, squash and broccoli. Marinated chicken in soy sauce, minced garlic and corn starch. Grace Young's book will arrive tomorrow and I'm looking forward to trying some of her recipes to expand my wok menu. Thanks for looking!
First up is the chicken

Next come the veggies follow by the rice

Looks Great. I have a wok with the holes in it to give the veggies a more grilled and smoked taste. It works pretty good

Email or call them and they'll get you what you need.
EDIT: You'll also need a spider from the ceramic grill store.Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"

This might be covered in another thread, but, how do you control the temp?

Looks great. I so need to get a spider or a woo2 so I can use my wok.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.

I get the egg going to about 550-600, as you normally would get there. Then, open the lid and close the bottom vent by about 50-60%. If the flames start to get out of control, just close the bottom vent some more. I then place the wok on the spider ring and let it heat up until a few drops of water vaporize when they hit the wok.SmyrnaGA said:This might be covered in another thread, but, how do you control the temp?Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"

What I have found is they post like that straight from your phone. If you edit them, in some application, and re-save, it will post correctly.fence0407 said:

Interesting...I've posted from my phone before with no issues. Oh well, guess it'll have to be from a computer from now on.tarheelmatt said:
