Just a Cray Cray thought Carl. Have S dual purpose shed.  Rude and crude drawing but, you get the gist.

Sweet, thanks for taking the time to draw that Blakey!
Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

Blakey was happy to Etch A Sketch that.
Seriously though. I'm considering this sort of set-up later. If you go hardcore into catering or food truck ops you'll be set along with extra shed storage space. If you need or want my help in engineering on the WIC or WIF etc you have my digits brotha.

Make sure you install smoke scrubbers on your pits.

What's the human head capacity of those coolers Blake?

Check your HOA before you do anything.
We want to put up a shed, but our HOA has rules against it.  We were going to try and hide it in our wooded area we have, but now we are friends with one of people on the board and I don't think that will fly.  We can have one only if it is attached and looks like the rest of the house.  I just wish we had a bigger garage.  Good luck @cazzy on you new build.

I'd really consider a matching garage. Probably not too terribly more expensive. ..pad and brick. I don't know your set up (I've never been invited) but down the road, a little extra will be worth it.

Lots of sub contractors around you. Build it yourself although a builder takes the legal headaches away. Talk to the guy that built your house. While the subs are close by the price can be negotiated more.

Once incorporated as the Mexican Qnnection the Sq footage will be deductible. It will also be added to your homes Sq footage adding value.

Go as big as you can.

Figure about 50-60 cents per brick (labor included). You can do the math to get an approximation of what brick would cost.

I got lucky. The subs gave me great deals since they were there. Did my garage in the late afternoon. We did frame it ourselves.

Cali's Law= Your crap will expand to fill the entire space available to it.

So go big, or go home.

+1 on Amish built shed!  Paid to have the prepare the lot (wood surround and crushed rock leveled) and was so worth it.  I love my shed!

That's a little too perfect looking.

I'd need to smash into the corner with a garden tractor or something in order to "make it my own".

I can tolerate an HOA, it's a trade off.  I'm sure there are annoyances in your life that you put up with, no different.

    Most people only need to pick one of these sizes for storage;
