shalom Egret's ham slices from Easter

Yesterday we had Eggs Benedict using some thin pieces of Egrets ham that I had sliced and froze. They were TERRIFIC - not sure why I've never done that before, but I sure will with future hams! That beats the typical Canadian bacon hands down!

    It was RICH! complete with aspargus and of course champagne to boot!  Traditional holiday brunch for us 6 times a year. More often then that I'd need my cardiologist on speed dial! :s
