Simple, short, low and slow. One of my favorite things. DP Cowlick and agave syrup, 4 and a half hours with pecan chunks at 225-260ish. Wild rice pilaf on the side.

These have become one of my favorites to eat and cook, just because you can't really screw up. Low and slow, I have even fell asleep and woke up to a bit of a crunchy texture but they were still delicious. They look great on that grill shot.
