Took a break from the brisket and went out to lunch for some shrimp and grits today. Conversation went back to the brisket and how good it was. He is still so excited over his (our) first brisket cook. Thank all of you who helped us!Every day is a bonus day and every meal is a banquet in Winter Springs, Fl !
