Apple wood smoked pork shoulder

Did my first low and slow cook yesterday. Put a mustard blend and spice rub on a pork shoulder over night. Started a fire at about 7:30am and put the pork on around 8am. Smoked around 275 indirect with apple wood for about 9.5 hours. Didn't wrap or foil because I wanted as much smoke flavor as possible and a more aggressive bark. Was really happy with the result. These eggs are amazing. Also did a smoked Mac and cheese at about 350 for 40 min while the pork rested
