Stoker Support

I received a Stoker about 2 weeks ago and I had a very hard time getting it setup for Wifi. I was ready to give up on the unit so I emailed Rock's Bar-b-que to see about getting a refund. I received an email back from Kevin Grundell (510)792-7700 offering one on one help to get my Stoker up and running.  I gave Kevin a call today and by the time I was off the phone my Stoker was up and running. I found out that Rock's BBQ is only a two man operation but with customer service better than companies with hundreds of employees.

If you are having a problem I recommend calling them direct.  Especially if you have a new unit. The latest models that are being shipped have different programming than what is shown in the owners manual.

I'm looking forward to testing this baby out this weekend!

I haven't had any issues with mine and hope that continues. But they have been absolutely fantastic once actually getting a hold of them. I hope everyone that has issues well be diligent in giving these guys a chance.

Love mine and yes the manual and YouTube don't match what they have out now..local wifi is easier set up, you want to go remote....I finally paid an IT guy to do it....well worth every penny all the way around....love sipping tequila miles away while watching a brisket or but do its thing...need to adjust temp, no problem....in fact, I think I spend more time watching the Damn Egg remotely then I ever did with no technology and just setting and forgetting it

Congrats on your new toy. Don't forget your stokerlog (if you are on a Windows OP system). I also use Excel to go to my stoker every 10 minutes to log the temps. I just put on 2- 10lb pork shoulders. I'm also experimenting with some home made temp probes so I'm using an extra pit temp probe.
