Sunday at the Beach

Been fooling with my egg over the past month doing a little something here and there. Today I decided it was time to jump in with both feet and prepare the whole meal.
Thanks to all of the inspiration here, we ate a delicious Egret Maple- Bourbon ham, Lyonnaise potatoes in a CI skillet and brown sugar grilled pineapple.
I was a rock star!!

Ok, if you say "at the beach" and I'm NOT at the beach, I automatically hate you. That food is the bomb.

I'm with @theyolksonyou . Your food looks awesome, but I now lump you in with @NPHuskerFL and all his "beach" cook pictures.
I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Myrtle Beach, and I am there every day!! Thinking of using Driftwood as opposed to Cowboy Brand. It has to be better.

That's a cool beach. I used to go there every time I was at an Army school in Ft. Jackson. Very warm water compared to the Pacific. I would spend hours scouring the beach collecting fossilized shark teeth.Steven

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out.
