My Rib Cook. New Finishing Sauce

Haven't done the 2-1-1 method on spares in a while so I thought what the heck I will do it today. I used R Butta R Smokin rubs with yellow mustard to create a good crust. Smoked with pecan and apple wood from 225-250 for 2 hours. I then double wrapped in foil with butter, honey, brown sugar and a little apple juice for an hour. Finally unwrapped them put them back on for a 1/2 hour and used my new finishing sauce doing the last 30 minutes. These were awesome. Little spicy for my wife, but my 6 year old son loved and didn't use ketchup. He said I will give you a dollar if I make ribs everyday.

I'm going to guess any rib/wing cook that requires Simple Green on the table has got to be a keeper. Good looking ribs.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

I forgot that was there. I had used it earlier in the day to clean my prep table next to me egg that was filthy. That's the same wrapping mix Johnny Trig uses except he adds Tiger Sauce as well.

It is from a KC BBQ time. My dealer has a great verity of rubs and sauces. The guy who created them taught my last cooking class through my dealer. I won a bottle of the Ozark heat.
