I'm a great fan of Restaurateur and Mexican food Author Rick Bayless, and when he posted this recipe last week. I thought it would be even better on the Egg...

Those ribs are GORGEOUS!!!  And the recipe sounds wonderful, though it's different enough from anything I've had that I'm not sure exactly what it tasted like.  It sounds so good I'm keeping the recipe, plan to try it some time.

    Thanks for sharing!

This is interesting. Bookmarked the recipe. Curious as to the flavor. Heat, sweet, nice blend?

    good looking cook, nicely done!

I love cooking with both red and green Chile's. If you have never tried the Chile sauce from 505 Chile you would be in for a delight. Their Red Chile sauce is outstanding on breakfast burrito's....and I bet ribs too. They offer rubs as well. www.505chile.com/ They are grown and shipped from New Mexico.....and Mod's I don't work or have any interest in them.
