Sorry for the delay, posting pictures from the iphone did not work out, hopefully this does. Pulled at internal temp of 109°, roasted the potatoes and zucchini on the way up to 740° and then 1 1/2 minutes a side to finish it off. Chose a 2004 Philippe Lorraine Reserve Cab as the wine. Looking forward to doing it again. Thanks for looking.
