You might have cheap brisket in Texas, but you do have to claim this schmuck as one of your own!

He was actually born in CA and grew up in Arkansas.  Dallas is barely Texas anyway

I found this amusing.... Is that what they call brisket in Delaware?  =)
    Even worse, Florida...

@Smokehouse33 - I haven't heard of Sterling Silver before but found some info on the interwebs.  I think "choice plus" is a good description.  I think you are in for a good briskey there.

    http://www.sterlingsilvermeats.com/Premium-Beef/

We accept only beef from the very top tier of Choice and Prime grades. Our standards are based on quality, not breed, so all Sterling Silver Premium Beef is highly marbled for rich flavor and aged to perfection.
Sterling Silver is a Cargill Meat Solutions brand
    Excel Beef
    Ranchers Reserve (Safeway brand)

    http://www.cargill.com/company/businesses/cargill-meat-solutions/
They are primary suppliers for Safeway, Walmart/Sam's Club.
I actually was an IT guy there for about 1.5 years in Wichita.
