About as bland as a post gets. Woohoo. But did get meatchurch's holy cow today so I had to. Good stuff. Wife even commented. (Which is rare.) Red potatoes onion and various seasonings pan fried. And beer of course. Happy weekend yall.

Nice Jeremiah! How'd ya like the rub on steak? Haven't tried mine yet. Hard for me to move away from true and proven kosher salt and cracked pepper, herbs, butter baste with a board sauce. Looks fantastic man.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

Thanks y'all. It's the one meal I couldn't live without but forever am tweaking. @NPHuskerFL the rub is good, but I was raised on salt pepper and butter, and nothing beats the way dad did it.

Hell yeah man. Nothing bland at all about that. I could eat that just about every night. The rub looks solid- great crust on that meat.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Very good looking cook my friend. I'm almost comatose from eating dinner, but if you put that in front of me I'd eat until it was gone or I exploded.
