I think I have fit 4 on my (standard weber rack I think) rib rack before by cutting in half, filling the slotsthen leaning extras on side (could probably leave whole if you lay form foil over gaps in PS) I recent got an extra grid from HD and can fit 2 more flat on it

Trim your ribs St. Louis style if using spares and place your ribs into the rack standing on their side. http://www.amazon.com/TASTY-LICKS-ROASTING-GREEN-GRILLS/dp/B000W0NZR8/ref=sr_1_10/188-2008323-1096661?ie=UTF8&qid=1430927231&sr=8-10&keywords=bbq+rib+racks~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Here's an option you might have not thought of. Stand them sideways and run metal skewers thru them. Make sure you leave a bit of space between them so they can breath, I've done them this way, fantastic!I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.

I concur. 6 racks on a large? If I can do 3 on a small...I could prolly do 9 on a large.SoCalTim said:Here's an option you might have not thought of. This is an old picture. As evidence by the old mechanism to lower the grill.
I've got 5 full racks in the V Rack inverted. You can see to the far left I can add a 6th full rack easily. And put 2 more flat on top. I've done that before.
