Hey Guys and Gals! Hope everyone had an awesome weekend! Made this for dinner tonight. Turned out spot on! Went reverse sear til 125 then went direct with the grid down low until it hit 130. Was gonna use a piece of cast down on the coals for the final sear but maybe next time....
