Awesome night tonight. Truly doesn't get much better for Midnight Eggin'. Bright moon and 50° with slight breeze. Weather app says humidity is 38%.
Tri-tip egged direct at standard grid height for entire cook. Seasoned with BGE Cosmic Cow. Tossed in some hickory chunks for flavor. Pulled at 125° in the coldest spot and 140° In the hottest. Tasty

Thanks everyone. It's always fun eggin' at midnight. I ate well over 20 ounces of it. Nothing compared to the 120lb. woman that set the record eating a 72oz. steak or the meal that @Big_Green_Craig ate in his last post, but I was stuffed
