It was developed for smoked salmon, and I would be happy to share my overnight treatment. It work well on grilled salmon as well, and pork, and recently surprised to say darned good on wings. I would add some cayenne for wings but The Spouse does not want spicy. She has it on steaks, but I draw the line at sweet rubs for beef.
