Really Simple but Really Good

Coconut Curry Shrimp
Ingredients were shrimp, garlic, green onion, red curry paste, coconut milk with some fish sauce and fresh basil

Lets start wokkin. First onions and garlic then curry paste just before the shrimp go in


Then the coconut milk and fish sauce. After a little simmer then the greens from the onions and basil go in and quickly stir and remove

Let's eat
