    Thanks @SGH , these were really good.  My wife is not the carnivore that I am, and she was loving these.  Even the six year old got in on the game.  My eight year old daughter sopped up the blood with toast, I think she polished all of the drippings off.  Been a while since doing Costco prime sirloins, cannot let that happen again.  Sirloin just doesn't get the respect it deserves.  B)

    Thanks @stemc33 .  I dont even know where the porcelain grid that came with the cooker is.  I use the CI for everything.

    Does it stay seasoned enough to keep food from sticking?

    For me, yes. I keep a bottle of Pam in my bbq shed, and I spray it every once in a while. The biggest negative is rust, but that only comes when I don't use the egg enough.

    They are usually cheaper than any choice cut too.
