doing the turbo method of 350 for an hour and 40 minutes. No sauce. Used a little mustard and than some dizzy dust. One questions since they are almost done, do ribs need to rest before serving? Comments

I thought they were great although im not that into ribs like my wife, she said they were the best she ever had. (she has to say that though, lol). im going to try low and slow in a couple weeks and see if I like that any better. they were good enough that there wasn't any left after dinner. the 2 of us ate them all.johnmitchell said:Looks great.
