SpatchCOCK chicken and grilled corn, in honor of the BJ interview

Not!  Spatchcocked a chicken, rubbed compound butter (thyme, garlic, S & P) under the skin, DP tsunami spin on the skin.
Corn, brushed with butter/paprika/garlic salt/pepper/chives.  A good basic cook.
