Spicy Shrimp & Pineapple with Fried Rice

Ingredients of shrimp,sweet onion, scallions, pineapple chunks, garlic,cashews garlic sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce and basmati rice I made last night

Shrimp with red pepper flakes getting happy

Onions and Scallions

Added the rice for a couple minutes and then the pineapple, cashews and soy sauce a few mins later

And ready to eat

This is was my first time for fried rice and definitely won't be the last.

All kidding aside, shrimp is honestly way up there on the list for me.
