I have been away from my XL for a couple weeks and this is tonight's cook, 1 inch cubed skinless Salmon Filets wrapped in 1/2 slice of bacon sprinkled with DP RR and drizzled with EVOO cooked on the indirect side of my XL with the dividers in for 10 minues at 450 dome then added the filets on the direct side with the same rub and spooned 1 tea spoon of maple syrup on each piece of everything, I flipped the filets at 3 minutes for 3 more and it came out great.

Welcome home!  Those cubes look incredible. I'd destroy that.

The title says: "Good to be home!". I feel you brother. I have had the good or bad fortune, depending on how you want to look at it to travel the world over. No matter where you go or what you do, there really is no place like home. On a separate note, the grub looks like a winner to me my friend.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out.

A couple of weeks?  Man, I've been away from home for a couple of months ... should be home tomorrow ... finally!  Like @SGH says, "there really is no place like home."  Your cook looks good ...
