Texas STAAR testing

If you live in Texas and have school aged children...  We have one more day of testing.  I also teach 4th grade here.  This is how I relax.    For the wife, some roses, for me, some stuffed jalapeno wrapped in boneless chicken thighs.  Dusted with rub and grilled direct.  The  zucchini add a nice balance.
