^thanks, the sirloin roast was really good, first time doing one... Was just a little 2lber, perfect for the wife and I. I sauced the bird for the last 1/2 hr with a 50/50 mix of blues hog and Tennessee red... Good stuff as well.

Sure, indirect at 250 ish till IT was 115, then direct 650 for 45 secs a side till 130 IT.

Same here. I had to buy a sixer just to get the cans though,lol! It was brewed to be poured on tour for CRB. Unfortunately they cancelled their show in Cincy when Weir cancelled that leg of the tour.Phatchris said:
