Thursday Night Egging... Bone in Chops and Chuck Eye

Going to go simple tonight... yes, there will be a little Titos involved

Picked up 3 bone in thick pork chops along with a 2lb chuck eye roast that I cut in half and made to very thick steaks out of...

All to go with a nice salad and fresh tomatoes

Thanks a lot Hap. Now that makes the boneless skinless chicken breasts I'm doing tonight sound mediocre....I'm sure I'll figure it out. Hopefully your weather is as good as mine. 72° light north breeze. Going to be egging with a beverage and listening to music as there is so little baseball on this evening.

Enjoy the cook man and have a great weekend.
