@bbqlearner- products will arrive frozen and as long as you have a good freezer (and reliable power) you will be fine for well past July.

@bbqlearner I just spoke with them and placed my order and they were able to postpone shipping for me until the last week of May since I ordered over the phone--actually, she was able to do the first week of June for me but made it sound like that was a little irregular. (even though they typically say one month is the max on the website). So I would recommend calling them and asking what they can do for you.
