butcher labeled it as italian chorizzo. saw my first jar of giardiniera and picked up some kumatos, luger sauce, some spicey deli mustard, cooked over some sugar maple shavings.....lunch

I thought chorizo was Spanish or Mexican. Never heard of an Italian version. Looks great though! Have never had any giardiniera. Maple's nice, eh?
