Tri Tip reverse sear

Had a hankering for a steak, and there were no flat irons, but tri-tip was on sale.
Mini has a new home
Got the heavy duty cart from Amazon, like it.
2.4 lb. tri-tip, rubbed with olive oil and DP Raisin' the Steaks, 225ish for a while...
When it got to about 110, took it off and opened up the Mini. Seared for about 2 minutes a side, until internal was pushing 140ish...
Worked out pretty well
