Suggestions for turkey

I got a 12# turkey to try on the egg. Never cooked a turkey oven or egg. Any suggestions are welcome. Time temp what to put on it or any suggestions. Thanks guys.

I would spatchcock it, season with a hefty dose of coffee rub over and under the skin, then go indirect at 350-400 until the breast is about 160. I like to do it over cherry or maple (a couple of handfuls of chips - not chunks) wood for a nice little bit of smoke.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36.
