Quick and fast supper

My granddaughters 3rd bday party was today and we got home right at supper time. Nothing quicker than a wok cook, right?
Chicken, yellow and orange peppers, pineapples and a sweet and sour sauce with a good bit of Sriracha in it.

@theyolksonyou - 35 min from starting the egg to eating. Don't get much faster than that. is a spider what you use to rest the wok on? How much lump do you start?Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle -
I usually have the fire bowl full and I start it in 4 places. When I'm not in a hurry I will let the egg settle in about 550-600 to let the fire get established. Then when I start the cook I will close the bottom damper to about 1/2 of wherever I had it set. You get plenty of air while the dome is open. And yes I use a spider for to hold the wok.
