    @SGH Only question would be what unit would you use for a drive thru?
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    @SGH @mahenryak @Scottborasjr thanks for all the help. It's wrapped and resting. At least now I know when cooking it in the pan, it might cook faster than expected. It looks delicious so we'll see. It was my first brisket so expectations were reasonable. Awesome I can help this late. Hall have an awesome weekend and go cats tmm in the game!!

    @SGH Only question would be what unit would you use for a drive thru?
    For sheer speed, probably unit #6. The vertical on unit #6 can be fired direct. This cuts cook time considerably.
