Easter Turkey Breast

Need advice on cooking Turkey Breast for Easter. Have a large with a plate setter. Have an assortment of wood chunks just haven't cooked any Turkey yet. Thanks in advance

Throw it on with the plate setter at 350 or so till it hits 160°. Use something light for smoke. I would suggest a nice chunk of pecan ought to do it.NW IOWA

I like to cook them without smoke. I find it takes the taste of turkey (and chicken) away. I cook to around 160 F, indirect. I did a few here.
