Fools Day Meal

Chicken quarters with Garden's BBQ rub and a finish glaze with A Frame Datil Pepper Sauce. Went with RW and applewood chunks for a little smoke. Set-up raised direct....started out 225℉ to pick up some smoke and midway bumped to 375℉ish. 

Foliage is quickly returning and the hummingbirds are loving the bottlebrush tree and feeder. 



Way out of normal flight pattern this bird, from one of my old squadrons, flew over several times. 


Sides. 
Cauliflower rice. Cauliflower in the food processor, drizzled with EVOO, some fresh ground pink Himalayan salt and coarse ground pepper. Spread out evenly on a pan and in the oven at 425℉ until lightly browned. Then mixed in sauteed sweet onions &  garnished with fresh cilantro. 

Broccoli. Oven roasted broccoli with some fresh ground pink Himalayan salt, fresh coarse ground black pepper & sauteed sweet onion. 




Fresh deviled eggs dusted with @MeatChurch Honey Hog Sweet. 
Plated.
