    Sounds a little crazy , but my two favorites are the Ott Grid lifter(like third eye tool) and the claw for lifting the plate setter. They have made my gloves obsolete. BTW, I think I have tried almost all the gadgets out there. I'm sure there are some I have missed.

    A torch will save you at least 10 minutes every cook over using fire starter squares.

    U should check out this product  called FiAir.  It's a battery operated  bellows.  It helps getting  the fire  started really fast.

    Of all the Eggcessories I own, I use this every single cook.  Get thirdeye's ThirdHand.  You have the wings on your egg.  Every time you go out to cook, you need to lift your grate and hang it somewhere so you can light the lump.  Seriously, you will love this!

    The Ott Grid lifter is one of my all time favorite pieces of bent metal!
