Inaugural Cook On My New Mini - A Whole Rack Of Babybacks (5 Pictures)

Got my new mini last week, first thing I did was call Tom @ The Ceramic Grill Store for a Mini Woo, then ordered a stone from Amazon. Second thing I did was roll and prep a full rack of babybacks. Fired up the Mini to 275. Then waited. 4.5 hrs later ... quite possibly the best babybacks I've ever eaten were finished.
I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.
