    Leftovers, this morning I mashed some of the leftover potatoes with crawfish tails, onions, garlic, mushrooms, and corn from the boil in them. Smashed it into a patty, covered it in flour, and fried them. A side of bacon and 2 fried eggs on top, hangover helper.

    Brother it all looks wonderful. Wish you could have swung by the crawfish festival in NO yesterday. Would have been nice to meet you.
